Our Vision

To cut it short, we consider that every individual that hasn’t tasted our coffee is missing out on some real flavor. We envision reaching to as much people as humanly possible and get them to love the beverage as much as we do! While it can certainly take time, you can rest assured, it’s impending. By then, we may lend you some of our secrets that we believe, parts our coffee from the rest.

Take notes, amigos!

1. Always grind your beans minutes before extraction. Pre-ground coffee powder is plain injustice to the beverage. It just loses a great deal of flavor.

2. Burr over blade grinders.

3. Invest in a coffee maker with an integrated grinder. While, there are innumerable suggestions on the internet, we can bet our money on some of the coffee makers we have used it our cafe. You can read all our reviews on these coffee machines and other kitchen appliances on our blog

Welcome

Named as one of Time Magazine’s Miami: 10 Things to DO in 24 Hours in 2010

Van Dyke Café is a favorite for its international breakfast, lunch and dinner fares, and continues the tradition as the only venue on Lincoln Road to catch live musical performances nightly…

Specialties :

Chicken Parmigiana : It is chicken breast topped with mozzarella, marinara sauce and served with spaghetti

Hot and Cold Coffees : We bring our coffee beans all away from the Costa Rica ( Best Coffee Beans in the World ).  While the origin of coffee beans does contribute to a great extent in the final flavor and aroma of the brew, it isn’t all that matters. We’ve put special emphasis on other critical factors like the tamp pressure, extraction time and grind coarseness to match your taste.

The last decade has seen a rise in the domestic consumption of coffee. The reasons are plenty : changing incomes and tastes, more available information and an increase in home grown players offering good quality beans. It was indigenous chains like Cafe Coffee Day and Barista in the late 1990s that helped create a coffee drinking eco-system; global brands like Costa Coffee and Starbucks entered the market in the early 2000s. They offered consumers a choice beyond filter and instant coffee—cold coffees, lattes, espressos and cappuccinos.
